Professor Khaled Elhalaby, AIKM Chairman, has participated in the 10^th Forum of the Arab Union Catalog which was held in Riyadh from November 28–29, 2023, at the King Abdul Aziz Public Library.  On behalf of the Arab Union Catalog members, Dr. Elhalaby had an intriguing speech at the opening ceremony. The forum included many librarians, information specialists and academics in the field of libraries and information sciences from all over the Arab world.  In the second day of the forum, Dr. Elhalaby had a presentation, titled “The integration of knowledge institutions for science and culture.”
