The Arab Association of Civilization and Islamic Arts had invited Professor Khaled Elhalaby, AIKM Chairman, as a guest speaker at the Cultural Heritage between Theory and Practice Conference , which was held in Marsa Alam City- Red Sea Governorate, Egypt during October 24-29, 23.  In the opening session, Dr. Elhalaby delivered an enlightening speech about information institutions and cultural identity.
